Hi, let me introduce myself. I'm Petar and I'm the 25 year old programmer who has build this website.

Passion

I'm constantly looking for something that I can be passionate about. I think I finally found this in building website's, backend programming in particular, and I'm trying to create a proffessional career for myself in this sector. After trying many programming languages I finally sticked to Python. As web framework I choose Django because it's for perfectionalists with deadlines.

Born in Croatia

I'm born in Zagreb, Croatia in the year 1982. Having two older sisters I was the youngest of three. I had a perfect youth in Zagreb. Living with my parents and grandparents in one house made sure that there was always someone home.

Living in the Netherlands

When I was eight we moved to the Netherlands where I quickly found new friends. I went to college and finally to the University of Leiden. I choose to study Criminology and in my spare time learn myself to program. Soon programming took the upper hand and I kept studying Criminology to get a degree.

What will come

Let me be cliché, I want to be the best web developer on the world. Not to be cool, famous and rich. But to have the biggest possible positive influence on this world. I believe the internet has the possibility to bring people together and the sharing of knowledge could bring our society onto a new level.
